Every individual, no matter who he is or where he belongs, has the potential of a great businessman. Where everyone works, lives another person who once had an idea, tried, failed, and today is called an Owner. We exist to build systems that protect and empower these owners.

Systems Protect Processes

We seek the absolute elimination of human bias from the system. We strive to use technology in HR where a human can be a protector of another human — only if systems protect processes. Therefore, we lucubrate and meditate like monks before conceiving anything.
