The People Behind Enlyst
Enlyst is not a consultancy. It is a holding company operating as a living infrastructure — built by practitioners who have worked inside government departments, technology firms, research institutions, and enterprise.

Our Story
Enlyst began with a simple observation: Pakistan's most capable institutions — public and private — were failing not because of a lack of talent, but because of structural fragmentation. Finance, human capital, marketing, and technology were being managed in silos.
The answer was a holding company that could operate all four functions at once, under one roof, with shared data and a unified methodology. Today, Enlyst operates four fully integrated subsidiaries alongside a public sector practice and the Enlyst Foundation.
Four subsidiaries operating as one unified institutional system — each vertical feeds the intelligence layer of the others.
The Enlyst Foundation produces doctoral-grade policy research that informs every government and enterprise engagement.
Direct technology deployment inside Punjab government departments — not advisory, but operational delivery.
Certified APAC region partner with 467k+ skills points and 147 Credly badges.
