Job Description


  • Work with key internal stakeholders, sales executives, sales managers, operations, IT & Tech teams, marketing.
  • The role is market facing and the successful candidate will work to develop, expand, and maintain a positive long-term, high impact, value-adding and trusted relationship with the client.
  • Build client relationships and deliver new business partnerships which will be instrumental to the clients success.
  • Setting strategy, identifying key target segments and connecting with C-level executives as well as executing on the strategy, closing deals, building the sales pipeline and delivering on your targets.
  • Growing our presence in the Market
  • Extending external networks and partnerships
  • Contribution to proposal development including in areas of client insight, approach, pricing, and deal closure
  • Leadership of key dimensions of thought leadership and proactive client engagement strategies
  • Developing internal networks with key stake holders
  • Presentation to key decision makers for business partnership
  • Understands the client’s key challenges, initiatives and strategic direction.
  • Responsible for the gross margin for the regions the person is handling
  • Proactively identifies, approaches and enhances strong relationships with key executives, decision makers and influencers at the client.


Experience Requirements


  • MBA Sales and Marketing
  • 07 + years of experience in direct selling, preferably within the Hyper local delivery industry
  • Individual and team leadership with excellent written, presentation and communication skills
  • Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence and results with senior and C-suite executives
  • Proven ability to connect with people and top management
  • Full understanding and practical experience of all stages of the opportunity and sales cycle for high end major accounts
  • You have a strong ability to identify and recognise a client’s business challenges and needs and can provide the tailored solution required to support CLIENT’s growth engine.
  • Your experience in B2B sales and strong senior level relationships will be added advantage. You will be passionate about selling delivery solutions and have had previous success in delivering on large deals and sales targets. Your leadership and interpersonal skills will be outstanding.
  • Must have significant and demonstrated experience in retail business preferably in Hyper local delivery Life already established trusted client relationships within the industry
  • Relevant experience is required, where leading business development was a primary responsibility
