Job Description
- Overseeing the marketing department of the organization
- Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organization and for new and existing products or services
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
- Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy
- Develop a brand strategy
- Set and administer an annual marketing budget
- Market research – Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
- Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
- Utilise data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organisation’s databases and external data
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices – New age trends

Experience Requirements
- MBA – Marketing
- Strong project and people management skills, Leadership and influencing, Data Analytics
- Strong Communication skill
- Someone with 7+ years experience in marketing. Should be either a marketing manager or heading the marketing at his/her current company
- Should have managed marketing for an organization independently (ATL, BTL, Digital, OOH etc)
- Should have been involved in building strategies
- Should have new age ideas and creative thinking is a must
- Prefer someone who has helped build a mobile app brand in different regions
